Person-centred counselling

“When the other person is hurting, confused, troubled, anxious, alienated, terrified, or when he or she is doubtful of self-worth, uncertain as to identity - then understanding is called for. The gentle and sensitive companionship offered by an empathic person (…) provides illumination and healing.”

Carl Rogers

You lead, I listen

I will never tell you who you are or what to do. My intention is to work alongside you and provide support through life’s toughest times.

It’s not always about ‘fixing something’ or ‘solving the problem,’ for some individuals just having space to explore their thoughts and feelings is all that’s needed for a weight to be lifted from them.

Flexible Ways To Access Support

I offer flexible ways of working to suit your individual needs.
